Customer will have 48 hrs to notify us of any damaged or missing parts.
Merchandise must be in original packaging.
FurnitureLand is not held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, negligence or improper maintenance.
Customer must have original receipt In order to validate warranty. It’s the customer’s responsibility to make sure measurements are correct for the items ordered. We are not held accountable if items purchased/ordered do not fit.
Mattress warranty is limited only to manufacturing defects.This warranty does not apply to mattress upholstery. Warranty will be voided if mattress has stains or tears. Please refer to manufacturer’s warranty for additional details.
